What can my Heredis account be used for?

With the Heredis customer account, you can manage your orders and personal data.

The Heredis account offers you the following advantages:

• You have an overview of all your previous orders.
• You can download your invoices to save and print them.
• You can immediately change your personal data: your postal address, your e-mail address or your password.
• You have access to the download link for your Heredis software (in the My Keys section).
• You can manage your installations from your Heredis license (in the My Installations section).

To access your Heredis account, log in to the online store. To do this, click on the Sign in button (top right). Enter the email address and password you used when purchasing Heredis.

Even if you are a Heredis customer, it may happen that our emails end up in your spam or junk box. In this case, add the email address of our online store commercial@heredis.com to your email contacts.
