List of patches Heredis 2024

Following the release, Heredis is in your hands. Thousands of genealogists are discovering the latest version. This is why we release an update a few weeks after the initial launch of a new application.

The purpose of this update is to fix any issues that could not be detected during our beta testing phases. This is the list of the improvements for the 2024 version.

Patch n°1

Windows & Mac

• Translation. Export to PDF for Graphs and Family chronology (label problem « titel » must be « title »).
• Multiple selection inoperative for adding media (source, citation, person…).
• FamilySearch – History Panel grayed out.
• Custom places report – Grouping by main place and its variants: alphabetical order of places not respected for accented characters (example: « ö », “É”).

Windows

• Clicking on search in the online archives from an event, get stuck on the first opened archives.

Mac

• Unable to rename an archive capture.
• Immediate family children not displayed.
• Sonoma – Charts: boxes with gradients are black when displayed on screen and/or exported in PDF format.

iOS

• The choice of light/dark theme does not work.
• Charts printing does not work on some devices.

Android

• Share on Local Network file with name that contains “&” or “-”(dash) doesn’t work.
• Removal of 4 GB limit for importation of .hmwz files.

iOS &Android

• After adding a photo, the HD image was not present in the Media folder of the .hmw file.
