You know your old password

Log in:

Enter your email address and associated password for your Heredis account. Click on SIGN IN.

Click on ACCOUNT tab.

Click on EDIT.

Enter your new password in the “New password” field, confirm it in “Confirmation of new password”. Use only letters and numbers, upper and lower case letters. Avoid special characters, punctuation, accents, apostrophes, etc. Use a password manager to generate a complex password.
For example: https://www.dashlane.com/fr/features/password-generator but uncheck the Symbols and Similar Characters checkbox.

Important: You need at least 6 characters for your unique Heredis account. This password will be valid for all Heredis websites (Shop, Heredis License Activation and Heredis Online). We advise you to use this password only on Heredis websites.

Click on OK  to confirm the change of password.

You don’t know your password

Log in:

Click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

Enter your email address (corresponding to your Heredis account). Click Send a Password Reset Link.

Check your mailbox, you will receive a reset email. It may take some time to arrive. Check your spam or junk mail.

Click the Reset the Heredis password button. Enter your new password, confirm in the second field. Use only letters and numbers, upper and lower case letters. Avoid special characters, punctuation, accents, apostrophes, etc. Use a password manager to generate a complex password.

For example: https://www.dashlane.com/fr/features/password-generator but uncheck the Symbols and Similar Characters checkbox.
