{"id":52718,"date":"2024-09-03T14:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-09-03T12:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/?p=52718"},"modified":"2024-07-02T12:27:11","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T10:27:11","slug":"create-customized-events-not-proposed-by-heredis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/en\/create-customized-events-not-proposed-by-heredis\/","title":{"rendered":"Create customized events not proposed by Heredis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You may add events that are not mentioned in the list of events pro\u00adposed by Heredis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the button <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8829\" src=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/16-plus.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> on the bar bellow the list of events.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Others<\/strong>, then the neutral event called <strong>Event<\/strong> or <strong>Postmortem Event<\/strong> (Heredis won\u2019t check the consistency of the data, it can be used for event like Inventory after death etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you already have used <strong>Event<\/strong> or <strong>Postmortem Event<\/strong>, it won&#8217;t be in Others but in the first list.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Double-click on the name of the event that has appeared in the list of events, or after selecting it, click on the <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11944\" src=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Edit.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> button. A window opens where you can rename the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Windows Customize event<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1232 size-full alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/edit_event.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Mac Customize event<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2522 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/edit_event_mac_EN.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"357\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the new name of the event. Give the event a generic name so that it can be reused. You may choose not to display it by unchecking the <strong>Add to Events Types List<\/strong>, or you may select it later by managing the list of events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Info<\/strong> \u2022 If the nature of the event to create already exists, modify an existing type of event in the same way.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you can create an inherited real estate event by renaming a Will event. You will find this event in a submenu of the original event.
