First of all, just because your email address has been changed doesn’t mean that your Heredis account that was created with the old email address no longer works.<\/p>\n

In your Heredis account, the email address serves as an identifier. So, if you know the password, you can change your email address by logging in with your old address.<\/span><\/p>\n

You know your password and your old email address<\/h3>\n

1- Go to the shop: shop.heredis.com<\/a>
\n2- Log in to your account by clicking on Sign in<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\"\"3- Fill in your old email address and then your password. Click <\/span>Sign in <\/b>to validate.<\/span><\/p>\n

4- Choose the \u00a0INFORMATION<\/strong> section to change your email address.<\/p>\n

\"\"5- Enter your new email address in the Email address<\/strong> field. Enter your current password<\/strong> (the one that allowed you to log in). Click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You no longer have your password but still have access to the old email address.<\/h3>\n

1- Go to the shop: shop.heredis.com<\/a>
\n2- Click on Sign in<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

4- Enter your old email address and click the Send Password Reset Link<\/strong>\u00a0button. You will receive a reset email.<\/p>\n

5- Check your mailbox and open the email that was sent to you. Click on the link in the email. If you don’t have anything in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk Box.<\/p>\n

6- Indicate your new password and confirm it in the 2nd input field. Confirm by clicking on Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

7- Then log in as indicated in the previous paragraph to change your email address.<\/p>\n
