Changes made to a theme are memorized for future use of the same theme.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Structure<\/strong> tab\n<ul>\n<li>check the information to be included in the form: different family members, photo album, notes, private data, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">search data,<\/span> etc.<\/li>\n<li>choose how to manage sources.<\/li>\n<li>choose the person(s) to be treated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you want to edit the sheets of several persons in your file at the same time, you must first mark these persons using the flag <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16437\" src=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Marque_16.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> of <strong>Personal Data<\/strong> screen.\u00a0<span id=\"s2_2\">You can mass mark according to one or more search criteria through smart search.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"s2_3\" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=\"\">For example, you can search for all persons with the Thomas name and then click the <strong>Marked &gt;Declare marked<\/strong> button in the processing area.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"s2_4\">See the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/en\/smart-search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Smart Search<\/a> article for more details.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"s2_5\">Then select <strong>Print Marked Persons Sheets<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"s2_6\">You will get all the relevant sheets at the same time.<\/span>\n<div class=\"newsearch vertical dnone\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19534\" src=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sheets_markedpersons_pc_en.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"316\" height=\"51\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sheets_markedpersons_pc_en.png 316w, https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sheets_markedpersons_pc_en-300x48.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 316px) 100vw, 316px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><u>Be careful<\/u>, the more persons you put, the longer the edition will be. The other couples are listed under Other Parents. Heredis shows you all programs that enable editing and are installed on your computer.<\/li>\n<li>(<strong>Windows<\/strong>) The sheet will open in your default word processor for .docx file formats that is installed on your computer.\u00a0<span id=\"s2_2\" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=\"\">If you do not have a default word processor for this type of file, Heredis will not be able to open the file.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"s2_3\" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=\"\">Remember to check in Windows system, if you have a default application for .docx.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> to start the word processor.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Export<\/strong> if you want to use it differently and create a .txt document to be open in raw text format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\"><strong>Important<\/strong><\/span>: Once your sheet is created it becomes an independant document from Heredis. You can modify it in your word processor. If you encounter {XE} tags in your sheet, it is not due to Heredis, see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.heredis.com\/en\/xe-xxxxxxxxxx-names-tags-in-your-documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">{XE \u201cxxxxxxxxxx Names\u201d } tags in your documents, what to do?<\/a>\u00a0article.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Save a Sheet<\/h3>\n<p>A sheet edited in your word processor becomes an independent document from the Heredis software. This document can be saved for later reprinting or modifying. To keep the document displayed in your word processor, use the saving feature of your soft\u00adware. It is generally found in the <strong>File<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n<p>To change the name proposed by Heredis for the document, or the location of the file, choose <strong>File &gt; Save As<\/strong>. These commands are generally the same in all word processors.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Print Sheets<\/h3>\n<p>You will start printing from your word processor, having made chang\u00ades if required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Heredis is optimized for Microsoft Office (paid) or LibreOffice (free) word processing available for download. Heredis is compatible with Microsoft Office for Windows as from Office 2016 and for Mac as from Office 2019. As for LibreOffice, it is important that you have the latest version installed and not an older one.<\/p>\n<p>Usually, you can find the Print options in File menu &gt; Print but it depends on your word processor software.
